Roundtable: Culture, Women and Leadership

Four inspiring senior leaders from around the world are joining Country Navigator’s host to talk about their stories and experiences of being a woman in a leadership role.

The purpose of this powerful session is to have an authentic conversation that does not overly focus on the challenges they’ve faced but does not overlook them; that neither glorifies their achievements nor downplays them.

We’ll be dealing with questions such as:

•    Should we offer leadership development for women?
•    Is the role of women in leadership dependent on culture?
•    How can we build a more inclusive leadership culture?

They will share their leadership stories and be ready to give their insight into the challenges and successes of the journey to inclusive, equitable leadership cultures.

Open to everyone, this will be a very interactive and thought-provoking conversation. You’ll have the chance to ask your questions to the expert panel as we confront the challenges head-on.
