Jess is a content and communications professional with extensive experience in journalism, broadcasting, live events, film-making, and media training. Jess has had an international career, including several years in Hong Kong, where she was a reporter for the South China Morning Post, and in the US, where she reported and produced for radio and television at NBC and ABC in California. Returning to the UK, she worked for GMTV and BBC Television as a senior producer and editor. Jess also produced live events for the BBC on themes including leadership, sustainability and digital shortform, before becoming a BBC trainer.
