Here’s how it works:
1. Choose Your Skills:
Begin by selecting from 22 essential skills that you want to focus on. These skills include communication, leadership, collaboration, and other core competencies that are critical for international success.
2. Select Your Context:
Next, choose the specific context for your learning scenario:

3. Create a Scenario:
Based on your chosen skills and context, CultureFlex automatically generates a tailored learning scenario that mimics real-world challenges. This scenario is designed to test your cultural adaptability and decision-making.
4. Test Your Skill:
In the first part, identify which WorldPrism™ dimension is at play in the scenario—this helps you recognize the cultural factors influencing the situation.
In the second part, provide a short written practical suggestion on how you would adapt your behaviour or style to ensure a successful outcome.
With every scenario, you’ll receive feedback and a score based on your performance, which helps you track your progress and continuously improve your cultural intelligence.
How CultureFlex Scoring Works
CultureFlex uses a 0-10 scale to measure your cultural adaptability:

0-4: You may struggle to recognize cultural differences or adapt your style in certain situations.

5-7: You have a moderate understanding of cultural differences and show some adaptability, but there's room to grow.

8-10: You are highly adept at navigating cultural differences and can flex your style to fit diverse cultural situations with ease.

Is CultureFlex available in languages other than English?
Currently, CultureFlex is only available in English. However, we are working to add support for other languages.
