How do I assign learning paths to my organization?

What are Country Navigator’s learning paths and why should I assign them?

Country Navigator’s learning paths are interactive educational courses designed to develop cultural intelligence and global collaboration skills. Our platform allows you to assign specific learning paths to your teams, or to your entire organization, helping everyone focus on the learning that best fits your goals.

So, how do I assign them? 

In order to assign learning paths, please contact us as a priority. We will then enable the right catalogue of learning content for your account. Once this is complete, follow these steps to assign learning to your teams and organization:

  1. Log into the Country Navigator platform using your email and password.

  2. Go to the Admin page: click your user icon in the top right-hand corner, and select ‘Admin’ from the drop-down menu.

  3. To assign a learning path to a group:

    1. Go to the ‘Groups’ tab and click the ‘Paths’ button next to the group’s name.

    3. A modal will open, allowing you to search for the Learning Path you’d like to assign or browse the full list.

    4. Click the tick box beside the path’s name to assign it.


    Important note: If you haven't yet created the group, you can do so on the 'Groups' tab. Just click the 'Add Group' button. 



    Once created, you can add users to the group via the 'Users' tab. Select the 'Add to group' button beside your chosen user's name, select the group and click 'Save' to add. 

  4. To assign a Learning Path to all users in your organization:

    1. Go to the ‘Learning Paths’ tab.

    2. Use the toggles beside each learning path title to assign them to your entire organization. 

Once assigned, the chosen learning paths will appear on the Home Page, and 'Assigned' tab of the 'Learn' page on the Country Navigator platform. You can find more information on accessing your assigned learning here.
