Worldprism™ is a unique cultural profiling and assessment tool that allows you to deep dive into the behaviors, influences and values that make you who you are. It’s a model of culture that explains how culture impacts our work and lives.
But its value increases significantly when you compare your profile with other people or with a country profile. This opens up a new world of understanding and collaboration as you can decide how to adapt to different styles and turn cultural difference from a barrier into a benefit.
So, how do I compare my profile?
Beneath your Worldprism™ profile, found on the My Worldprism Profile page, you will find a 'Compare with' button. Click this to compare your profile with your colleagues.
After clicking ‘Compare with,’ a pop-up will appear displaying your existing connections. To compare profiles, simply click the ‘+’ button next to a colleague’s name. Their profile will be shown as a green circle on the Worldprism™ dimensions, making it easy to view your differences and similarities.
To compare with someone who isn’t yet a connection, select ‘Need to invite someone new?’ From there, you can search for colleagues within your organization or send an invitation via email.
If you are on an Enterprise Plan where everyone in your company can join Country Navigator, you can also invite them by entering their email address in the 'Invite by Email' tab. Ensure you use their work email.
You can also share your Worldprism™ profile on the My Connections page, found in the drop-down menu that appears when selecting your user icon in the top right-hand corner of the platform. Select the Invite tab and choose a colleague to connect with.
Once your invitation is accepted, your Worldprism™ profiles are mutually shared, and the colleague you invited becomes a connection. To see who you’ve already connected with, navigate to your My Connections page.
