1. Getting started
To begin, simply select Team Coach from the side navigation bar.
If you have not already been added to a team, you'll be presented with three options on the Team Coach landing page:
- Watch a video – Click here to watch our Team Coach guide and learn more about the tool.
- Create a Demo Team – Explore a demo team profile to see what insights are available.
- Create a Team – Ready to create your team? Click here to begin.
Please Note: If you have already been added to a team, the Team Coach page will look slightly different. To build a new team, click ‘Create a Team.’ Teams you have already been added to will appear under the ‘Your Teams’ header.
2. Creating a team
Clicking 'Create a Team' directs you to a team setup page where you can name your team and add members.
You can add members in several ways:
- Select Individually – Choose from existing users within Country Navigator from the list visible on this page.
- Invite by email – If you hold an Enterprise license, you can invite colleagues who aren’t on Country Navigator yet but share your company's email domain.
- Upload via CSV – Upload a CSV file with a list of email addresses (no headers required). Please note: Users must already be added to the platform. Emails that do not match an existing user will not be added.
Once you are ready, click ‘Create Team.’
Once created, you’ll be returned to the Team Coach landing page. Your new team will be listed under the 'Your Teams' heading. To start exploring your Team Profile, click the 'View Team Profile' button.
3. Dive into your Team Report
When you click ‘View Team Profile’, a welcome pop-up introduces you to the Team Coach page. From here, you can choose how you’d like to begin: explore your team’s cultural makeup by selecting ‘Look at dimensions first’ or jump straight into a coaching conversation by clicking ‘Skip report.’
We highly recommend starting with the dimension-by-dimension view. It lays the groundwork for understanding your team’s unique cultural dynamics through the Worldprism™ lens. If you choose to skip the report, you won’t be able to revisit the guided tour of your profile again—so take the opportunity now to set yourself up for more meaningful coaching insights.
By selecting ‘Look at dimensions first’, you’ll begin a guided deep dive into your team profile. This journey takes you through a visual breakdown of where your team sits within each Worldprism™ dimension, with written insights that explain what this means in practice.
Keep an eye out for Carla’s top 3 Team Coaching Insights. These tailored tips are based on your team’s unique positioning and offer practical ways to enhance collaboration and performance.
Click ‘Next’ to move through each dimension. Once you’ve explored them all, you’ll have the option to download your Team Culture Report as a PDF, making it easy to revisit and share your insights offline.
4. Begin your team coaching with Carla
Once you've completed the guided tour of your team profile, you'll be directed to the Team Coach tab. Here, you'll meet Carla, your AI team coach. Carla is here to help bring your insights to life—supporting your team in making sense of its cultural dynamics and offering practical, real-world strategies to boost collaboration, communication, and cohesion.
You can ask your Team Coach to:
- Analyze your team's profile to gain a clearer understanding of its members' cultural positions.
- Coach you on your strengths and potential challenges within your team.
- Offer suggestions on enhancing your team culture and performance.
- Guide you through any current cultural issues your team faces.
Your Team Profile can be seen next to your Team Coach chat, so you can refer to it anytime during your conversation. It’s a great starting point to guide your questions. Maybe you notice you lean towards implicit communication, while most of your team is more explicit. That’s a great moment to ask Carla for tips on bridging that gap.
And remember, Carla can see your full Team Profile, so if you’re not sure what to ask or where to start, just ask.
5. Explore your team’s cultural report
Head to the Team Report tab to explore your team’s cultural profile in more detail. The report gives you a snapshot of where your team sits across the nine Worldprism™ dimensions, complete with Carla’s top three coaching insights tailored to your team’s specific positioning.
Want to see where your team’s styles vary most? Just click ‘Perform Spread Analysis’ to reorder the dimensions from the most diverse to the most aligned.
Pressed for time? Access your Quick Team Analysis at the top of the Team Report tab, for an overview of the key characteristics shaping your team culture. If something catches your eye, you can always ask Carla to dive deeper.
You can also download the full Team Report using the download button in the top-right corner—perfect for sharing or reviewing whenever you need it.
6. Uncover your team's cultural background
Curious about the cultural journeys that shape your team? Head to the Members tab to explore more about your colleagues’ backgrounds.
You’ll find a map that brings your team’s global experiences to life, showing your team’s nationalities, where they’ve lived, and where they’ve travelled. It’s a great way to appreciate the diversity of perspectives within your team and see how international experiences contribute to your cultural strengths.
7. Managing the Team
If you’re the team creator (owner), you can manage your team members from the Members tab. Simply scroll below the team map to view your list of team members or use the search bar to find someone by name.
To add someone new, scroll below the team map and click ‘Add members’ in the bottom-right corner. You can either select colleagues manually or invite them via email.
Need to remove a member? Just click the ‘Remove’ button to beside their name. If you’d like to add a member as a connection, use the ‘Connect’ button next to their name. You can learn more about how connections work here.
If you’ve created the team but prefer not to include your own Worldprism™ results in the overall Team Profile, you can control that too. Just toggle off ‘Include Worldprism™ in this team’s results’ by your name.
8. Deleting or leaving a team
If you’re the team creator, you can delete your team at any time. Just scroll to the bottom of the Members tab and click ‘Delete Team’. Keep in mind—this action is permanent, so make sure you really want to remove the team before confirming.
If you’ve been added to a team and decide it’s no longer relevant to you, you can leave at any time. Simply head to the bottom of the Members tab and click ‘Leave Team’.
