When it's worth retaking
A retake is worth considering after a significant change in your working life, such as:
- A new role or job
- A new leader
- A big shift in your organization's culture
We recommend retaking no more than once a year. If you take it again too soon, familiarity with the statements can affect your results.
What happens when you retake it
Your new answers replace your current profile, so you'll only see your latest results. Your previous profile won't be available to view.
