How do I log in?
Logging in for the first time
You'll receive a welcome email from us. Click the Sign in button and you'll be taken straight to create your password. Next, you'll be asked to add a few details to your profile, and then you're in!
The link in your welcome email only works once. If you click Cancel partway through, or the link doesn't work, go to the login page, click Forgot password? and we'll send you a fresh one.

Logging in after that
Go to the Country Navigator login page, enter your email and password, and click Log In.
Using single sign-on
If your organization uses single sign-on (SSO), you'll log in through your company's own login system, using the same email and password you use for your other work tools. That means there's no separate Country Navigator password to create or remember.
