How do I reset my password?

Forgotten your password? No problem.

1. Go to my.countrynavigator.com/sign-in and click Forgot password?
2. Enter your work email address and click Reset my password
3. Open the email we send you and click the link to create a new password

Your new password needs at least 8 characters, including an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a number.

Can't see the email? Check your spam or junk folder, or search your inbox for "Country Navigator".

Know your password and just want to change it? You can do that from Settings.
