Why should I complete Worldprism™?

Worldprism™ is where your Country Navigator experience really begins. Here's what it unlocks for you.

Understand your own cultural style

Most of us rarely stop to think about our own working style. Worldprism™ shows you how you naturally communicate, make decisions and approach problems, where your strengths lie, and how to make the most of them. It gives you the self-awareness that cultural intelligence is built on.

See how you compare with others

Compare your profile with colleagues and countries to understand why some interactions feel effortless and others take more effort, and how to bring out the best in each other.

Get coaching that's personal to you

Carla uses your profile to tailor her advice, and My Team Coach uses it to show how your team works together. Without a profile, you'll miss out on much of what makes the platform personal to you.

Keep your learning on track

Some learning paths include a Worldprism™ step, which you'll need to complete before you can finish the path.

It only takes around 10 to 15 minutes, and you'll see your profile as soon as you're done.
