How do I become a certified coach?
Worldprism™ certification trains coaches and facilitators to use Worldprism™ with the people they work with. It's backed by over 30 years of cultural intelligence research.
Choose your certification
- Worldprism™ Strengths: learn to assess someone's cultural strengths and gaps, structure your coaching feedback, and build personal development plans
- Worldprism™ Teams: learn to take a team through their team profile, including how preferences are spread across each dimension, where differences add value, and where too much agreement creates risk. You'll need to complete Worldprism™ Strengths first
How it works
Each certification has two parts:
- A learning path on Country Navigator: preparation you work through at your own pace before your session
- A live session with a senior Country Navigator coach: a 2-hour virtual session where you put what you've learned into practice

How to get certified
- Through your organization: once your organization has bought a certification, your admin can assign its learning path to you. It'll then appear on the Assigned tab of your Learn page

Is Worldprism™ Teams the same as My Team Coach?
No. My Team Coach is the tool that shows your team's shared profile, and it used to be called Worldprism™ Teams. Worldprism™ Teams certification teaches you how to use it to take a team through their results.
