How do you protect my data?

We only ask for what we need, and you stay in control of what you share.

What we need

Your name and work email address. Your organization provides these when they set up your account, or through single sign-on (SSO).

What's optional

Your location, job title and photo are up to you. You can choose Prefer not to say for your location, and update any of these at any time in Settings.

Your Worldprism™ results

We store your answers so you can come back to your profile. Colleagues can only see your profile once you've accepted a connection with them, and you can remove a connection at any time.

Your organization

If your organization has an admin, they can see your learning activity in their reports.
