What are AI Simulations?
AI Simulations take CultureFlex to the next level. Instead of responding to a written scenario, you have a full, live conversation with an AI character, and get scored on how you handle it.
How it works
- Read the scenario, along with a few key facts
- Talk it through with the character: work towards understanding them, moving the conversation forward and reaching an agreement
- Respond to the unexpected: partway through, the situation changes, based on what you’ve said, and you’ll need to adapt
- Get your score: you’re scored on 3 CultureFlex skills
Each simulation takes about 15 minutes.
Built around real working styles
The character’s behavior is based on a Worldprism™ profile, never on nationality. So you’re practicing with a realistic person, not a stereotype.
Made for your programs
Simulations can be built around your organization’s own programs, like a set of leadership behaviors.
