What is CultureFlex?
Understanding cultural differences is one thing. Knowing how to handle them in the moment is another. CultureFlex helps you practice flexing your cultural style, with realistic workplace scenarios built around you and the people you work with.
How it works
Choose the skill you'd like to practice, then who you'd like to practice working with: a colleague, a team or a country. CultureFlex then creates a scenario based on your Worldprism™ profile and theirs. Write how you'd handle it, and you'll get a score and feedback straight away.
What it measures
CultureFlex measures how well you put cultural intelligence into practice:
- Analyze: spotting the cultural differences at play
- Decide: choosing the best way to handle them
- Apply: putting that approach into action, so everyone gets the best out of the difference
There's rarely one right answer. Sometimes it's best to adapt your own style, sometimes to find a middle ground together, and sometimes to agree on a new way of working. CultureFlex helps you learn which approach fits which situation.
Your CultureFlex score
Your overall score out of 100 is the average of all the scenarios you've completed. It shows how well you adapt your approach, and how that grows as you practice. You'll find it on your Home page.
Each country page also shows your score for scenarios with that country.
Our scoring is currently in beta, so it may change as we improve it.

You'll need to complete your Worldprism™ profile first, as every scenario is built around it.
