Worldprism™ is Country Navigator's cultural profiling tool, and the foundation of everything you do on the platform. It reveals your cultural style and working preferences, so you can understand yourself, and the people you work with, better.
How it works
You'll respond to a series of statements about how you work, and in around 10 to 15 minutes you'll have your own Worldprism™ profile. It shows where you sit across 9 cultural dimensions, grouped into three areas:
- Relating: how you interact with others
- Regulating: how you interact with processes
- Reasoning: how you interact with problems
It's about you, not where you're from
Many cultural models describe people by their nationality, which can lead to stereotypes. Worldprism™ measures your own preferences directly, giving you an accurate starting point that reflects how you actually think and work.
What you can do with your profile
- Explore each dimension to understand your style, with Worldprism skills tips and short videos on how to flex your approach
- Compare your profile with colleagues you're connected with, or with any of over 100 countries, to see where you align and differ
- Ask Carla to help you make sense of your profile and how to use it in real situations
