What live training formats do you offer?

We offer three live formats, so you can choose what fits your people and what you'd like to achieve.

Masterclasses

Expert-led, interactive sessions on a single topic, for large groups of up to 500 people. They're held online and last 60 to 90 minutes.

Workshops

Hands-on sessions for up to 24 people, where your team works through real situations together. They run from 2 to 8 hours, online or in person.

Coaching

One-to-one or small-group sessions of 60 to 90 minutes with a certified Country Navigator coach, online or face to face, focused on you and the situations you face.

How it fits with the platform

Every live session is part of a wider module that also includes learning on the platform, coaching from Carla and CultureFlex practice. So what you learn in the session keeps building afterwards.
