Every program starts with the foundations, and you can add extra modules to suit your needs. There's also a masterclass available for every program.
How a program works
It's a cycle that repeats over the length of the program:
- Impact assessment: we find out where cultural friction is holding you back, and plan your program. The first discovery session is free
- Rollout: we set up the platform and launch your program, with support from our customer success team from day one
- Progress reviews: regular check-ins, adjusting the program as your CultureFlex data comes in
- Impact review: a full review of results against your targets, which shapes the next cycle
