What's the difference between digital and blended learning?

Every module in our curriculum comes in two formats, so you can choose the depth that suits your organization.

Digital

Self-paced learning on the platform, with learning paths, coaching from Carla and CultureFlex scenarios. There's no live session.

Blended

Everything in digital, plus a live session with one of our experts: a masterclass, a workshop or coaching.

How every module works

Whichever format you choose, each module follows the same four stages:

  • Learn: explore your Worldprism™ profile, work through short lessons, and compare yourself with countries and colleagues
  • Practice: build your skills with Carla and CultureFlex scenarios. In blended learning, this is where your live session fits in
  • Apply: put what you've learned into practice at work, with Carla on hand, and share how it went in your learning path
  • Evaluate: complete a CultureFlex scenario to see how your skills have grown, and update your CultureFlex score
