3. Get coaching from Carla
Carla, your AI culture coach, is on every page of the platform. She knows your profile and your connections, so whether you're preparing for a meeting, writing a tricky message or planning a trip, her advice is built around you.
4. Explore your learning
Learning paths take you from the basics of cultural intelligence to the skills you need to work confidently with anyone, anywhere. They're interactive, with practice conversations, scenarios, scores and badges along the way, so you can track how your knowledge, awareness and skills grow.
