Your profile is built entirely from your own responses. It isn't adjusted based on your nationality, your role or how anyone else has answered, so it reflects how you actually think and work.

Getting the most accurate result

Your profile is only as accurate as your answers, so:

  • Answer honestly: go with how you actually work, rather than how you think you should
  • Think about your working life: your answers may differ depending on whether you're thinking about work or home, so keep work in mind
  • Take your time: reflect on each statement. You can go back and change an answer before you submit

Can my profile change?

Culture is dynamic and contextual, so your profile can change as your circumstances do, for example after a new role, a new leader or a shift in your organization's culture. If that happens, it may be worth retaking the assessment.
