How do I control who people can connect with?
You control who people can find and connect with on Country Navigator by creating groups. Each group has its own visibility setting, which you choose from the Admin page.
Setting a group's visibility
- Click your user icon in the top right corner, then Admin, and open the Groups page
- Click Edit on the group's row
- Choose a visibility setting
- Click to Update Group
The three settings
- All: members can see people in other groups set to All, plus anyone in your organization who isn't in a group
- Group: members can only see each other
- None: members can't see anyone
What visibility controls
Visibility decides who people can find and send connection requests to. If someone can't see a colleague, they can't connect with them, compare profiles, or add them to a team.
Profiles stay private
Visibility doesn't share anyone's profile. Even when two people can see each other, they still need to accept a connection before they can view each other's Worldprism™ profiles.
