What are Connections?

Connections bring you and your colleagues together on Country Navigator, so you can understand each other's working styles and work better together.

What connecting unlocks

Once you're connected with a colleague, you can both:

  • View and compare each other's Worldprism™ profiles, to see where you align and differ
  • View each other's Passports
  • Ask Carla about them, so she can coach you on working together, using both of your profiles

Your profile stays private until you choose

Nobody can see your profile unless you've accepted a connection with them. Being in the same organization or team doesn't change that: it's always your decision.

No awkward moments

If you decline a request or remove a connection, the other person isn't notified.

Who can I connect with?

You can connect with colleagues from your own organization. Depending on how your organization has set up Country Navigator, you may only see some of them.
