Who can see my conversations with Carla?
Your conversations with Carla are private. Your organization and your admins can't read them. Admins can see how much time you spend with Carla, but not what you talk about.
Who can see them
A small number of Country Navigator employees can read conversations, as part of random checks to improve Carla's responses. Your personal details aren't attached to them.
How your chats are used
Your chats are never used to train Carla or any other AI model. When we review them, we improve Carla by hand.
Where they're stored
Your chats are stored securely in Country Navigator's database in the EU. We keep them while your license is active, and for 6 months after it ends.
Sharing confidential information
There are no limits on what you can share with Carla. As part of our regular quality reviews, we check for sensitive or confidential information and remove it. We never share your personal data with third parties, unless you type it into a message to Carla yourself.
Deleting your chats
Open Carla in full screen and click the menu icon (☰) to see your chats. Click the three dots next to a chat, then Delete chat.
