Marina Ibrahim is a multi-award-winning German–Egyptian–British consultant, executive coach, and facilitator in cultural agility, inclusive leadership, and international team development. She empowers organisations to unlock performance by bridging cultural differences and integrating diverse perspectives.

With more than 25 years’ experience in marketing, cross-cultural communication, and leadership development, Marina specialises in helping global teams, senior leaders, and international projects thrive across borders. She holds a Master’s in Media Enterprise from Birmingham City University, a Certificate in Cross-Cultural Management & International Project Management Training, a Degree in Marketing & Communication (with distinction), and a Postgraduate Certificate in Media Studies from the University of Cologne.

She is particularly recognised for her expertise in cultural integration in Post-Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), where she ensures leaders and teams align effectively for long-term success.

Experience

Brought up interculturally in Germany by Egyptian-German parents; moved to the UK in 2002, building a career as a cross-cultural management consultant.
Designed and delivered cross-cultural leadership and communication programmes for multinational organisations in the UK, Germany, and worldwide.
Facilitated post-merger cultural integration and British–German collaboration programmes, strengthening trust and alignment in cross-border teams.
Created and led training on working effectively in multicultural environments, helping teams improve communication, performance, and cohesion.
Partnered with leading global organisations including BMW Group, BP, Bentley, Nike, Kellogg’s, UBS, and Deutsche Telekom, across automotive, engineering, FMCG, IT, technology, and life sciences sectors.
