Linda McCafferty is a dynamic Global Training Manager on the Global Business Development and Strategy team at Lockheed Martin, where she champions professional development and executive education across the organization. With a rich background spanning military, education, healthcare, and energy sectors, Linda has played a key role in shaping programs both in the USA and internationally. Her global experience includes assignments in Canada, as well as driving initiatives in the UK, Denmark, Italy, Korea, and Australia—most notably supporting F-35 operations worldwide. Linda holds an MA in Human Resource Development from George Washington University and an MA and BA in Communication from the University of Oregon and Oregon State University. She brings a wealth of insight and practical expertise to the session.
