Farah Ismail is a globally certified facilitator and executive coach helping leaders and teams uncover their potential, connect deeply, and create meaningful impact across cultures and industries.
She designs and delivers high-impact leadership journeys that strengthen self-awareness, collaboration, and strategic influence. She has worked in IT, Pharma, BFSI, Manufacturing, and Education, partnering with organizations to translate leadership development into tangible business outcomes.
Farah works with women leaders globally, supporting them in stepping into greater courage, confidence, & influence.
She is a recipient of the IAF Gold Facilitation Impact Award for leading an 18-month transformation initiative with healthcare leaders in Saudi Arabia.
