Our learning paths now get you applying insights from the very first step, while your Worldprism™ profile reveals your cultural style in much greater detail. Both updates are live today!

Learning paths, rebuilt around practice

The redesigned learning paths are built to get you doing, not just knowing. There are six new programs covering the situations that actually shape global work, so you can pick a path that maps to your role and to what you are trying to get better at. Every path puts practice in front of you early, which is where cultural skill is built rather than absorbed. As you move through, a refreshed layout keeps your progress visible so momentum is easier to hold.

Finish a path and you earn a badge and a CultureFlex score, which tells you where your cultural competency stands right now and shows how it is moving over time. That turns a course from something you complete into something you can measure.

Worldprism™ now in sharper focus

Your Worldprism™ profile has zoomed in. It now speaks to your exact position on each of the nine dimensions, whether your preference is slight, moderate, or strong, rather than placing you in a broad band. New skills tips connect that reading to the moments it matters in, from running a meeting to giving feedback, so the profile points toward action instead of stopping at description.

Comparisons got easier to read too. Highlighted dots and clearer tab colors make it simple to see who sits where when you line up two profiles side by side. And Carla, the AI culture coach built into the platform, now flexes its prompt buttons to your specific style, suggesting the questions worth asking to go deeper on your result.

If you have not logged in since the update, your existing profile is already carrying the new detail. Open it, and the first thing you will notice is your own position, stated in your own words.

Carla has also been updated! Her prompt suggestions now adjust to a user's individual Worldprism™ result, pointing them toward the questions most relevant to their profile.
