What is Carla Embed?

Carla Embed brings Carla, our AI culture coach, into the tools your people already use. Instead of logging into the Country Navigator platform, they can ask Carla for advice in Teams, Slack, your learning platform or your intranet - or your developers can connect her to your own AI assistant through our API. It’s the same Carla, now available in the places where the work happens.

Is embedded Carla different from Carla in the platform?

By default, embedded Carla is the same as Carla in the platform: she uses the same model, the same Country Navigator content and the same guardrails, so your people get consistent cultural guidance wherever they ask. If you need something more tailored, CN Custom lets us build a version of Carla around your organisation, from her content and focus to how she responds. Get in touch to talk through what you need.

Does Carla know who she’s talking to?

Yes, if you want her to. When a user has a Worldprism profile, Carla can draw on it to tailor her advice to their own cultural preferences. Through the API, you can also give her context about the situation, such as the module a learner is working on, a colleague’s profile or the market they’re preparing for, so her answers fit the specific moment.

Do we need developers to set it up?

That depends on how you use it. Adding Carla to Teams, Slack or a webpage widget needs very little technical work. Connecting her to your own platform or AI assistant through the API needs your developers, because your team decides when Carla is triggered, how her responses appear and where conversations are stored. We’ll help you choose the right route for your setup.

How much does Carla Embed cost?
