He is currently responsible for intercultural and diversity trainings at AUDI AG in Ingolstadt, Germany.
Kieran Murphy, RSM Canada
Kieran Murphy is a global leadership and executive coach with extensive experience in learning and development across North America and Europe. Originally from near Liverpool, England, he has spent the past 20 years in Toronto, working with top firms like RSM Canada and KPMG, coaching leaders and facilitating programs on leadership, delegation, and networking. A Certified Coach with a Master of Education in Educational Leadership, Kieran has also lectured internationally, including at Oxford University and the University of Manchester.

She specializes in consulting on CQ strategies, helping businesses measure success and maximize the ROI of their initiatives. In addition to her executive role, Nikki co-hosts The Hippo Question podcast, offering fresh perspectives on cultural intelligence and inclusion. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Psychology from Goa University.
