Born in Argentina of Italian parents, Isabella spent her childhood in the Italian alps, her teenage years in Brazil, then NYC to obtain an MBA. She successfully navigated 7 significant career changes, worked in 15 nations, which developed the creative learning style she brings to her coaching and training. Thanks to these multicultural experiences, she develops clients’ self-awareness about the significance of culture in their professional growth.

Experience

Isabella held managerial positions for 20 years in New York in various sectors: telecommunications & marketing: Telecom Italia; advertising: Young & Rubicam, finance/insurance: Marsh & McLennan, and professional acting.

For 35 years she has been designing and delivering talent development programs, plus multicultural, executive, and career coaching across Europe, US, Brazil and more. Specializes in enabling clients to achieve mind shifts to obtain the results they desire e.g. becoming inspirational leaders, empowering teams to become autonomous, and collaborating productively, effectively and successfully with teams across the globe.
