What is cultural intelligence?
Cultural intelligence (CQ) is the ability to work well with people whose cultural norms differ from yours. It shapes how you communicate, make decisions, give feedback and build trust. Unlike a personality trait, it's a skill you can measure and improve.
How can I improve my cultural intelligence?
Start by understanding your own cultural preferences, then practice adjusting them in real situations. This program does both. You complete a personal cultural profile, then learn a simple method for adapting your approach before misunderstandings happen.
Who is this program for?
Anyone who works with colleagues, clients or partners from other cultures. No previous training is needed. It's also the starting point for all our other programs, so many organizations roll it out to everyone first.
