She leads global destination services delivery at Santa Fe Group, overseeing teams and supplier networks to ensure excellence, compliance, and client satisfaction. With a strong background in relocation management and cross-regional programmes, she drives digital transformation, governance, and industry thought leadership through webinars and speaking engagements.
Dan Green, Senior Culture Coach at Country Navigator
A specialist in cross-cultural communication since 2012, Dan helps multicultural teams collaborate, equips leaders with cultural intelligence, and supports professionals as they adapt to new countries and roles. He's delivered training across Europe and the Middle East for organizations such as HSBC, Sony, Jaguar Land Rover, L’Oréal, and ArcelorMittal. With a Master’s in Intercultural Communication and formative experience in India and the Middle East, he's a lifelong student of culture. Dan also co-founded and leads Bridges for Communities, a Bristol-based charity.
