Module 2: Communication & Etiquette

Learn how meetings, emails, negotiations, and decision-making differ
Understand tone, body language, and politeness norms
Learn how to give and receive feedback in a culturally appropriate way
Review greetings, gifting, punctuality, and social etiquette

Module 3: Building Trust & Relationships
(60 min)

Module 4: Embed & Apply
(30 min)
