How long is the program?
Each module is 60 minutes (except Module 4, which is 30 minutes). Most participants complete the program over a four-week period to give you time to reflect after each module. Once you sign up, we'll work with you to schedule each session at times that suit your availability.
Is this customizable?
Yes. Every element of the program can be tailored to your specific needs. We customize session content to reflect your leaders’ seniority, team structures, and market context. Can we roll this out for multiple leaders?

Is there a report or follow-up?
Yes. Each participant receives a personalized Worldprism™ leadership profile that maps their cultural strengths, potential blind spots, and preferred leadership style. Alongside this, they’ll receive a tailored action plan with practical steps to adapt their approach in different cultural and team contexts.
