An AI simulation asks you to deliver a difficult message to a counterpart with a contrasting Explicit/Implicit profile, then gives feedback on your framing, directness and contextualization choices.

On Blended, this is also where your chosen live session sits. The three options are below.

Apply an adapted communication style in real written and verbal interactions this week
Explore country communication guides before key interactions with specific cultures
Use Carla to prepare for cross-cultural communications, or to debrief how a difficult conversation landed
Carla is available on demand in Microsoft Teams, Slack, or on the phone

A final AI simulation test asks the learner to navigate a new cross-cultural communication scenario, scored against S1 proficiency levels.
