Digital prep, plus the team workshop

Before the workshop, explore the Team Worldprism profile and run colleague comparisons to prepare your thinking. An AI simulation then asks you to navigate a team collaboration challenge based on your team's own Worldprism data.

Activate the Team Charter in day-to-day team work, and make the norms visible and real
Use Carla when team cultural tensions arise, for support grounded in your team's own Worldprism data
Review and update the charter with the whole team at the 90-day milestone

Scored, not self-reported

A final AI simulation test asks the learner to navigate a team collaboration scenario grounded in your team's Worldprism profile, scored against S2, S3 and S9 proficiency levels.

Team Cultural Debrief & Charter Workshop

Up to 24 · 2–8 hours · Virtual or in person

The team leaves with a co-created Team Charter grounded in Worldprism and GTN data, with specific individual and collective commitments and a 90-day review milestone.
