Adrienne Serrao, a consultant and coach for Country Navigator is based in Toronto, Canada. She developed global experience while working in China for over 8 years, where she held a variety of management roles, including senior trainer for an experiential training company delivering programs on leadership and team development for multinationals. Since returning to Canada 20 years ago, she has focused on leadership development facilitation, career coaching and intercultural training. Working with diverse clients, she has trained senior leaders on communication effectiveness, emotional intelligence, negotiating, conflict management and navigating difficult conversations.  An ICF certified coach, she has specialized in career management and soft skill development. Finally, due to her international experience, she has worked as a cross-cultural coach supporting relocating families to Canada, providing expert advice on Canadian business culture to ensure successful integration.  

Adrienne holds a Master’s in Leadership and Organizational Development from Fielding Graduate Institute, USA, and a Certificate in Solutions Focused Coaching from the University of Toronto. She is CCPC certified with the Coaches Training Institute and certified in the Emotional Intelligence Assessment (EQi 2.0). Adrienne is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF-GTA chapter), the OD Network and the i4PL (Canada’s training association).
