• Has over 30 years of experience in international training and development and marketing.
• Began her career in 1988 at Henkel KGaA in Düsseldorf, holding roles such as International Training Officer, Training Manager, and Learning Manager, where she introduced a global online learning program and knowledge management system.
• Returned to Barcelona in 2000 to join Henkel Ibérica, first as HR Manager and later as Marketing Manager for the Hairdressing Business Unit in Spain and Portugal.
• Worked with varied clients, including AVIS, Abertis, Boehringer Ingelheim, Deutsche Bank, IE Business School, IL3 Universitat de Barcelona, Puig, ISDIN, Panrico, PRBB, Pirelli, Ricoh, SCA, Saint Gobain, and Movistar. The last 10 years she has specialized working for  Research Centers.
• Since 2007, combined business and HR expertise in consulting, executive training, and coaching, drawing on cross-cultural experience to deliver cultural intelligence programs.
• Designed and delivered training in communication skills, leadership and team building, cultural and emotional intelligence and wellbeing, high-performance teams, applied creativity, and conflict management.
• Brings industry sector knowledge spanning consumer goods, cosmetics, banking, biomedical, and pharmaceuticals.
