Dr. Ben Capell is a senior consultant for Country Navigator, based in Hong Kong, with over 20 years of experience in consultancy and executive coaching. He supports leaders and teams across industries in navigating complex business environments and achieving meaningful growth. Ben has lived and worked in the U.S., Japan, Israel, Spain. Turkey. and Hong Kong, and has led multicultural teams across different locations. He holds a Ph.D. in Human Resources Management from Esade, specialising in cross-cultural management and diversity. Ben is also a licensed psychology and an ICF-accredited coach
