Dan Green

About

Dan has over 10 years of experience in consulting, offering training and coaching in intercultural communication. He began his career after eight years in the Middle East with the British Council and completing a Master’s in Intercultural Communication. He is also the founder and director of a Bristol-based charity focused on social cohesion.

Raised in India, Dan has lived and worked in Lebanon and Jordan, and is now based in Bristol. He supports multinational employees in adapting quickly and thriving professionally and personally in new cultural environments.

Experience

Delivered hundreds of virtual and in-person training sessions on intercultural communication, international assignments, and inclusive collaboration across sectors and regions.
Designed and facilitated cross-cultural programs such as “Living & Working in the UK,” “Doing Business Effectively in Saudi Arabia” and “Roots of British Culture” for professionals relocating and working internationally.
Led soft-skills training workshops on leadership, communication, business writing, and handling difficult conversations for global teams.
Brought deep cultural insight from 20+ years of international living and work experience in India, Lebanon, and Jordan into training design and delivery.
Recognised with multiple industry awards for excellence in coaching and training, including the 2024 Cartus Service Excellence Award and the 2018 BGRS Intercultural Challenge Award (Gold).
