Fanny Spruytte

About

Fanny Spruytte is a certified leadership coach and certified intercultural skills trainer originally from Belgium and now based in the Amsterdam region, the Netherlands. She holds an MA in Sinology from Ghent University (1994), a Post-Master's in Far Eastern Business Trade Studies from the European Institute Brussels (1997), and completed an intensive Chinese study year at Beijing Language and Arts University (1992–1993). She later earned a Post-Master's in Coaching and Counseling (2008) and a Post-Master's in Train the Trainer (2018). Fanny also trained as an EFT Therapist at the EFT Centre, London (2022), and as a Mindfulness Teacher at the Mindfulness Academy Amsterdam (2023).

Has 13 years of full-time experience as a trainer and coach, guiding individuals and organizations to unlock potential.
A certified DDI Facilitator since 2025.
Crafted leadership programs fostering growth in cross-cultural communication, transformational leadership, and cultural intelligence.
Delivered training in Dutch, French, English, and Mandarin Chinese for multinationals in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, UK, Sweden, Poland, and China.
Coached professionals on inclusive leadership, intercultural leadership, working across cultures, and team building.
Works with multinationals, particularly in the finance and retail sectors, delivering leadership coaching and supporting teams with cultural challenges.
Has been onboarding expats for the major Dutch banks in cultural awareness and leadership since 2017.
