About

Leonor Folch is a consultant for Country Navigator, based in France. She was born in Spain and grew up in South America and the UK. Since 1991, she has worked as an international communication and management development consultant and coach. She holds a B.A. in Experimental Psychology from Oxford University, an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from the University of Paris X, and is a Certified Coach from LKB School of Coaching, Paris. Leonor designs and facilitates international workshops and management tools that enable individuals in the global workplace to unlock their potential.

Experience

Lived and worked across Europe, Latin America, and Asia, bringing a global perspective to her consulting and coaching practice.
Designs and delivers global team-building and leadership workshops for multinational teams.
Facilitates international cross-cultural management development programs for expatriates and professionals working in culturally diverse environments.
Conducts management and leadership development seminars on topics including engaging and motivating staff, high-performance teams, cross-cultural communication, leading virtual teams, coaching skills, problem solving, delegation skills, effective meetings, successful appraisals, and giving and receiving feedback.
Has worked with L’Oréal and Stellantis.
