Silke Irmscher was born in former East Germany and has lived and worked for over 20 years in Indonesia, where she settled with her Indonesian-German family. She holds a BA in Business Management and an MA in Communication Psychology. She also holds certifications as a Positive Intelligence PQ Coach, Certified Intercultural Trainer & Coach, Certified Leading Transformation Facilitator, and Licensed Global DISC™ Practitioner by ICQ Global, London. She completed a University Certification for Intercultural Trainer in 2013.

As a Psychologist and Business Manager, Silke supports people at global organizations in developing cultural intelligence and a global mindset. Her passion is to build diverse and inclusive environments where every individual can thrive. When coaching and facilitating training workshops, she works with professionals at different levels, from graduate to CEO.
