Sylvie Day has been an intercultural consultant for 20 years, facilitating programs on multicultural teambuilding, global leadership, presentation skills, cultural awareness and the challenges of working in virtual teams – as well as preparing expatriates and their families from a multitude of different countries for overseas assignments, including France, the US and the UAE.

She has developed Global Leadership programs for international executives and functional managers in a wide variety of industries (including financial services, telecom, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and hospitality) in order to help them reflect on their own personal and professional experiences and be more efficient as international managers and leaders. Her programs focus on how to recognize and respect the cultural realities employees and managers face in their professional settings, how to adopt proper leadership styles according to the cultures encountered, and how to build the confidence needed to influence and inspire team members from a variety of countries in order to achieve their objectives and develop the competencies and skills needed to lead across international structures.
