Tania Léger is a senior consultant and executive coach for Country Navigator, based in Singapore. Originally from the French part of Switzerland, she relocated to Asia in 2001, living in Singapore, Beijing, and Manila. Her three daughters were born in each of these countries. As an intercultural trainer and coach, Tania focuses on the connections between mind, body, and heart, adopting holistic training and coaching strategies best suited to client development. Over the past 22 years, she has trained and coached more than 1,000 families from around the world.
Tania holds a CEMS Master’s Degree in International Management from Universität zu Köln and HSG St. Gallen, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from HSG St. Gallen
