Vicki Flier Hudson was raised in Los Angeles, California, and is currently based in Atlanta, Georgia. She has a strong track record of helping leaders create inclusive workplaces and grow their business. Vicki is an expert speaker whose topics have included doing successful business in India, global leadership, and offshoring best practices. She has a deep passion for Asia and has helped countless corporations build successful and profitable partnerships across borders.

Vicki holds a B.A. (Honors) from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She is a Certified IDI (Intercultural Development Inventory) Administrator, Certified DISC Practitioner, Certified in TTI 12 Driving Forces, a trained coach through the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), and a Registered Mediator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution.

Has nearly two decades of experience training and consulting with Fortune 500 companies worldwide.
Specializes in US–India business partnerships, with additional work in Belgium, Canada, China, France, Germany, Nepal, and Thailand; has traveled and worked extensively across India, including Rajasthan, West Bengal, Karnataka, Assam, Meghalaya, Sikkim, Kerala, and Uttar Pradesh.
Serves as a mediator and bridge-builder, helping clients manage conflict and depolarize dialogues, and is recognized by former President Jimmy Carter for cross-cultural work at the Carter Center.
Has conducted hundreds of programs on building US–India teams, doing business in China, building global awareness, effective cross-cultural communication, and intercultural project management.
Author of Zen and the Art of Offshoring and articles on cross-cultural management, featured on NBC News for China expertise.
Served as a lecturer on global business for the Corporate Learning Institute at Emory University and was named Instructor of the Year for International Programs at Kennesaw State University.
Has worked for Hewlett-Packard, Procter & Gamble, General Mills, Novartis, AGCO, The Hershey Company, and Target.
