How long is the program?
Each module is 60 minutes (except Module 4, which is 30 minutes). Most participants complete the program over a four-week period to give you time to reflect after each module. Once you sign up, we'll work with you to schedule each session at times that suit your availability.
Is this customizable?
Yes, every aspect of the program can be tailored to your needs. We work closely with your team to align the coaching journey with the specific context of each assignee. This includes adjusting for things like assignment location, role and seniority, family context, or business priorities.
Can we roll this out for multiple leaders?
Absolutely, and we often recommend it. Whether you’re supporting a handful of key moves or managing a structured global mobility program, we provide scalable delivery options such as Cohort-based coaching for groups moving to the same location or on similar assignment tracks, Team coaching sessions and enterprise rollouts to embed cultural readiness across business units or leadership programs.
