Individual Coaching Session

Understand your personal Worldprism™ profile
Explore your working style across the 9 cultural dimensions.
Identify strengths, blind spots, and natural tendencies.
Reflect on how your profile affects trust, communication, and conflict.
Receive personalised guidance on how and when to flex your style.
Leave with practical takeaways to apply in your current role.
This is ideal for anyone stepping into a global role, managing diverse teams, or preparing for international collaboration.

Option 2
Team Coaching Session
(90 min)
Understand your team’s shared culture and turn insight into action
Interpret your collective Worldprism™ profile and learn how individual preferences shape team culture and outcomes.
Identify the team's strengths, and cultural gaps and build practical strategies to bridge differences.
Apply cultural insight to key working areas like, decision-making, time management and deadlines, giving and receiving feedback and problem-solving.
Create a Team Charter that defines shared ways of working, and how the team will approach cultural differences.
This session is perfect for multi-cultural teams, newly formed departments or overseas teams working on new projects.
